Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting a quote or order.
Quotes & Orders
Quotes are estimates based on the details you provide and may change if garments, quantities or artwork change. Orders are confirmed once you approve your digital proof and any required deposit is received.
Artwork & Proofs
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any artwork, logos or trademarks you submit. We will provide a digital proof for approval; production begins only after you approve it. We are not liable for errors approved in the proof.
Turnaround & Rush Orders
Standard turnaround is estimated after proof approval and may vary with order size and season. Rush production may be available for an additional fee — please confirm your deadline in writing.
Payment
Payment terms will be provided with your quote. We accept major cards and other listed methods. Orders may require a deposit before production.
Color & Product Variance
Slight variations in color, placement and garment shade can occur in custom decoration and between garment batches. These variances are normal and are not considered defects.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers or events beyond our control.
